Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class geared to specific ages or abilities. All classes are first-come, first-served, so make sure to register during our registration periods.

 

Fall 2023 Class Schedule

 
 
 

Parents & Tots class

Tuesday

6:30p – 7:15p

Parents and Tots ranges in age from 18 months to three years old. In this class, the parent or a responsible adult will accompany the student and coach in our preschool gym. This class enhances early gross motor skills, pre-gymnastic skills, and allows the children to have fun together.

Thrilling Threes

As the name states, this class is for all three year olds. The Thrilling Threes class is your child’s first experience in gymnastics without a parent. This class will focus on continuing the introduction to gymnastics, equipment, and skills. We focus on developing your child’s fine and gross motor skills and especially their listening and social skills. 1 hour per week .

Fantastic Fours and Fives

Your four and five year old will have a blast in this action-packed 60 minute class! Our goal for this class is to give your child a strong basic understanding of gymnastic skills, self-awareness, and flexibility of body and mind. But don’t worry; they will be having so much fun they will hardly notice.  1 hour per week.

Beginner Gymnastics

Monday
4:30p – 5:30p
Tuesday
4:30p-5:30p/5:00p – 6:00p

Students ages six and up will work on floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, vaulting, and trampoline. Basic skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels are taught as well as beginner drills on the equipment. 1 hour per week.

 

Intermediate Gymnastics

Monday
6:30p – 8:00p

Students will continue to work on all the events of beginner gymnastics with more challenging skills being introduced. Students will begin work on round offs, back kick overs, back handsprings, and front hand springs.  1 ½ hours per week.

Beginner Tumbling

Monday
6:30p – 7:30p
Tuesday
5:300p – 6:30p / 6:00p-7:00p

Students in this class are here solely to learn tumbling. This class will focus on beginning tumbling skills such as handstands, cartwheels, round offs, back walkovers, and back handsprings. Students will have access to the in-ground Tumble Trak and rod floor as well as our brand new spring floor.  1 hour per week.

Intermediate Tumbling

Wednesday
7:00p – 8:30p

We have designed this class for students who have a back handspring, but need assistance with technique. Students in this class will learn to connect a round off back handspring and then be moved to the advanced tumbling class.  1 ½ hours per week

Advanced Tumbling - This tumbling class is for those gymnasts who already have a round off back handspring. With one and a half hours of tumbling per class, these students will be learning the more advanced skills such as tucks, layouts and twists. Students will have access to our brand new spring floors, as well as our in-ground Tumble Trak and rod floor. Students will be able to tumble directly into our large foam block pits to help them master these new skills.  1 ½ hours per week.

Cheer Gym

Wednesday
7:15p – 8:15p

This one hour per week class is designed to incorporate all aspects of cheerleading. Each class will consist of stretching, conditioning, motions, tumbling, jumps and synchronization. This class is a great one for anyone who loves cheerleading or is aspiring to be a cheerleader.  Classes are for girls ages 6 and up. 1 hour per week.

 

Mini Ninja

Ninja class for children age 3-5 will get you child in tip top shape. They will work on balance, agility, hand eye coordination, strength training, and flexibility. What they learn in gymnastics can be used in any other sport they play! 45 minutes per week.

Flying Ninja

Ninja class for children age 6 and up will get you child in tip top shape. They will work on balance, agility, hand eye coordination, strength training, and flexibility. What they learn in gymnastics can be used in any other sport they play! 1 hour per week.
